Returns and Exchanges

At the moment, I do not currently offer refunds, However, we offer exchanges or store credit only.

You have 14 days to exchange from when you receive your order. I cannot accept exchanges or store credit on sale/ lucky dip items so please bare this in mind.

As a small business, I do not cover postage for returns. I recommend sending your return back tracked as i am not responsible for any orders that are sent back to me that get lost / not received.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn, tags still attached, no bodily odour/fake tan stains and in the same condition that you received it. 

Swimwear is non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
